Plan and measure carefully
Measure the amount you need. A good rule of thumb is to add 10% waste allowance in addition to the amount you need. Preferably take one package too many rather than too few. Ordering from the online store
Add all the products you need to the shopping cart. If you have special instructions for the order, add a message for the order in the shopping cart. Fill in your contact information carefully. Double-check your phone number, email, and address for typos. Choose the payment option that suits you.
Payment options
You can pay for your order directly with Finnish online banks, MobilePay, payment card, or by using Klarna's payment options. Stripe acts as the card payment processor. With Klarna, you can take advantage of a 30-day interest-free and fee-free invoice option. You can also split your payment into convenient installments that suit you.
Successful order
Your order will be sent to our warehouse for picking. We usually pick your products within a few hours. Once the picking is complete, you will receive a notification about this in your email.
Shipping
Our transport partner Kaukokiito picks up orders daily from our warehouse. The delivery time for products is approximately 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse. Next, our transport partner will contact you to arrange the best delivery time for your order. You can track your order's progress using the tracking code found in the delivery confirmation.

Our main raw material, Finnish wood, always comes from sustainably managed forests. All our raw materials are PEFC certified. In the surface treatment of products, we use only water-based treatment agents.
Our products are manufactured at our Kalajoki factory, from Finnish wood, with Finnish craftsmanship. CENT is proud to be a bearer of the Key Flag symbol.
