Slat panel
The value grooves in the STS slat panel create a striking slat-like appearance on the wall, ceiling, or any space. The panel is easy to extend and waste is minimal thanks to the tongue and groove all around. You can treat the unfinished wood surface of the panel in any way you want. Treatment further improves the wood's durability properties, and a treated panel is also suitable for saunas.

Ceiling and wall slats
The most common and widely used product in slatted ceilings and slatted walls is the 20x40mm slat. Our selection includes 20x40mm slats made of pine ready for finishing and white lacquered. The white lacquered slat is lacquered on three sides and is ready to be installed as is in dry spaces. You can treat the unfinished version in any way you want, allowing you to easily realize your own ideas regarding color and use. Usually, a 10-15mm gap is left between the slats, and if desired, landscaping fabric can be used under the slats.

Pre-treated slats are a stylish choice for both large and small surfaces.

Ready-to-use 12x42mm cover strip
Imagination can also be easily used in slat constructions. In this project, architect Heidi created a slat wall from ready-to-use 12×42 cover strips. The slatting was done on top of a black OBS board and the cover strips were treated with Teknos log wax. You can find more about the implementation on Heidi's Instagram page: Arkkitehdin karkkipäivä

In slat constructions, only imagination is the limit.
