You can choose between two delivery options at checkout.
- No unloading included – Unloading time 15 min, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery can be unloaded within this time and has prepared accordingly in terms of the number of unloaders.
- Unloading with a crane – Kaukokiito unloads the order with a light crane to the location you want.
Please note when selecting the delivery option that if the unloading of the load is not possible by the customer, Kaukokiito will have to unload the delivery on behalf of the customer. The costs incurred from unloading may be charged to the customer afterwards.
Sauna stools, benches, tables, and bench packages are always handmade to order at the Saunatalo factory in Orivesi. The delivery time is approximately 2 weeks from the order.
You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse. Next, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange the best delivery time for your order. You can track your order using the tracking code found in the delivery confirmation.
Plan and measure carefully
Measure the amount you need. A good rule of thumb is to add 10% waste allowance in addition to the amount you need. It's better to have one package too many than too few. Order phase
Add all the products you need to the shopping cart. If you have special instructions for the order, add a message to the order in the shopping cart. Fill in your contact details carefully. Double-check your phone number, email, and address for typos. Choose the payment option that suits you.

Successful order
Your order is sent to our warehouse for picking. We usually pick your products within a few hours. Once the picking is complete, you will receive a notification by email.
Shipping
Our transport partner Kaukokiito picks up orders daily from our warehouse. If you order before 2:30 PM, your order will still make it for same-day delivery. You will receive a notification when our transport partner has picked up your order from our warehouse. Next, our transport partner will contact you to arrange the best delivery time for your order. You can track your order using the tracking code. The tracking code can be found in the delivery confirmation.
With a 5-slat intermediate grate, you finish your bench package and get a beautifully finished sauna.
